Data collected
Through the booking form we collect name, phone number, email (optional), date, time, pick-up and destination, number of passengers and any notes you choose to add. If you arrive from a Google ad, the click identifier (gclid) is attached to the request.
Purpose and legal basis
Data are used solely to answer your request and provide the transport service (pre-contractual and contractual measures, Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and for tax obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR). We do not send newsletters and do not share data with third parties for marketing.
Retention
Request data are kept for as long as needed to handle the ride and, if an invoice is issued, for the period required by tax law.
Cookies and Google tools
The site only uses technical storage needed to work (language and cookie choice). With your consent we enable the Google tag (Google Ads and Google Analytics) to measure ad conversions such as calls and bookings. Without consent Google only receives anonymous cookieless signals (Consent Mode). You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page.
